Seedling No. 595/80. Parentage: P. lactiflora ‘Edulis Superba’ (♀) x P. lactiflora ‘President Taft’ (♂). Seeds sown in 1972, selected for propagation in 1980. Entered into the State Register of Plant Varieties of Ukraine in 1999 (Certificate No. 1055). FULL DOUBLE flower consisting of many, closely set petals, forming a large flower having a high-built silhouette, 6¾-7½ inches (17-19 cm) diameter, by 2¾-3 inches (7-8 cm) in height, 2-4 flowers per stem. Petals pink with a suggestion of lilac (RHS 73-B). No fertility seen, none is expected, carpels and stamens invariably absent. Very fragrant. Late Midseason to Late bloom season. Upright growth habit to 39-43 inches in height (100-110 cm). Strong stems make an upright bush that rarely will need further support. The name of the variety `Skarbnytsia` means – a jewel, a treasury
