Seedling number Z5-04-6. Parentage Paeonia qiui x Suffruticosa Gp ‘Higurashi’. First year bloomed 2010; first propagated 2014. SEMI-DOUBLE. One flower per stem. Soft pink petals (RHS 63B), more or less flat, lightly ruffled. Flower size 16 cm (6½ inches). Carpels number 7 on average, are green, moderately hairy, with dark purplish-red stigmas (RHS 158A) having normal morphology. Pollen bearing stamens, filaments dark purple at the base, fading to very pale purple at the tips. Sheath partial, dark purple. Not fragrant. Dwarf plant with stems to 22 inches (55 cm) in height. Flowers are held above the foliage. Young leaves are purple and retain a purple wash to flowering. Midseason bloom period which lasts 7–10 days on a mature plant.
