That’s a cultivar from Harald Fawkner in Sweden. He does sell plants, but he does not own a real nursery. He usually sells only a few plants from different varieties each year, and I don’t see or remember that cultivar ever being listed. Several of his introductions have been bought by other (small) nurseries that are propagating them, thus in a few years time some of them will become more widely available, but those that haven’t been bought by other commercial peony nurseries are unlikely to receive wide distribution. You can contact him directly to know for sure, he’s a very friendly person. His contact details are on his website where you can see several pictures of his varieties: http://www.speedcloud.com
does anyone sell these??
