Seedling No. 2004-32. Parentage not given. First year bloomed 2004, first propagated 2004. DOUBLE, purplish red, 3 flowers per stem, 5½ inches in size (14 cm). Late season bloom period. No fragrance. No seeds. Early foliage on emergence from ground, red. Narrow upright growth, height to 39 inches (100 cm), makes a good cut flower The name comes from a character in Richard Wagner’s Opera “Lohengrin.”
