Seedling C-48. SEMI-DOUBLE to DOUBLE. Parentage: ‘Sumvitg’ x P.peregrina ‘Fire King’. An early herbaceous hybrid; similar to its seed parent ‘Sumvitg’, but comes into flower a few days later; lush 5″ semi-double to double blossoms with two sidebuds are light pink shading inward to cream-white; dark-magenta stigmata on pale green carpels; fine foliage on 35″ (90 cm) stems; seeds and pollen; a well-standing, floriferous plant with a feminine, slightly opulent accent. Named for an ancestor.
