Mrs. J.H. Neeley (Neeley, 1931). Lactiflora. Full rose type, large, late. Delicate blush over ivory, white with pleasing underlay of lake, the base of each petal tinted green, their whole, lighting up the heart of the flower most beautifully. Granted Certificate of Merit by the Seedling Committee A. P. S., Fort Wayne, 1931.
