Alesia (Lemoine, 1927). P. lactiflora. Double. Late. White. Full double flower of large size, creamy white deepening to the center, perfect form, tall, good stems, fine foliage, robust grower, rose fragrance. While still not widely known, reports indicate that it is generally quite dependable. It is certainly one of the most beautiful of Lemoine’s peonies, making a perfect flower on a splendid plant. Stocks are very limited.
