I’m not sure if the same can be said of P. turcica, which is sometimes said to be synonymous, as I don’t have mature plants thereof. I don’t have much experience growing Paeonia obovata and P. japonica plants, they tend not to grow very well here for some reason. Already at the point of harvesting cut peony stems of Elsa Sass. It’s going fast this year, with quite some difficulties (read: botrytis) due to the wet weather.
