Buds of 1½ inch (3½ cm) size open to 5 inch (12½ cm) pastel peach flowers. Carpels green, average of 3, moderately hairy; stigmas dark pink, approaching red. Pollen-bearing stamens, light green filaments. Makes seeds. Fragrant. Blooms a few days after ‘Luna Fortuna’. Stems have length of 30 inches (75 cm). Heavy flowers may need support. Medium green broad foliage. Vigorous. Name explanation: Roma Victor stands for “Roman Victory”.
